Airport Transportation
To arrange for transportation from the airport, participants can visit the web site for Canyon Transportation at www.canyontransport.com. The cost of a roundtrip ticket, if made in advance, is $44. If reservations are made at the airport desk, the cost is $27 one way and $50 roundtrip. Buses run every 15-30 minutes.

Conference Fees
The conference fees are inclusive. They include registration, accommodations, taxes, gratuities and meals (excluding lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday ) from dinner on Sunday through breakfast on Friday (Incidental fees are telephone calls, faxes, etc. and are billed to your personal account by the hotel.)

ALL PARTICIPANTS (INCLUDING MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE AND INVITED SPEAKERS) ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER.

The conference fees are:

**Guests are not permitted to attend conference sessions or discussion groups.

Participants arriving on the Thursday, Friday or Saturday before the conference or departing on the Saturday, Sunday or Monday after can arrange additional overnight stay at the resort at discounted cost. A pre and post conference reservation forms is posted below.

We suggest you register as soon as possible to be certain that you will have a hotel room at the conference rate.

All participants are required to complete and return the On-Line Registration / Payment Form by April 15, 2004. We cannot guarantee hotel space for any registrations received after this date. Your meeting confirmation and invoice/receipt will be faxed to you within several days of receipt of your registration.

All conference payments must be received by April 15, 2004. We can only guarantee you a room if payment, purchase order or signed organizational pledge of payment for the conference has been received by this date.

Because of contractual guarantees made with the hotel for room and meal functions, no shows, late arrivals, missed meals and early departures cannot receive fee adjustments.

The ECI will reserve your accomodations for the conference period. If you wish to guarantee pre or post conference accomodations see attached

Payment must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), check or money order drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars, payable to the ENGINEERING CONFERENCES INTERNATIONAL. Checks or money orders in any other currencies are NOT ACCEPTABLE. Payment may be made on the web site or can be mailed or information faxed to:

You must add $25 to cover ECI bank charges. Please reference your full name and the conference title. Fax a copy of your bank transfer papers to ECI (Fax: 1-718-260-3754). This is very important – otherwise it is extremely difficult to trace your payment.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be received by ECI in writing at least two weeks prior to the start of the conference in order for a full refund to be issued. Cancellations received thereafter are subject to a $200 cancellation fee and any direct expenses incurred by ECI.

If you have a disability and may require accommodation in order to participate fully in this conference, please make a note on the registration card. An ECI representative will contact you to discuss your specific needs. .If you have special dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian or a food allergy), please make a note on your registration form. The chef needs to know this information in advance if we are to accommodate you.

Smoking is prohibited at ECI conferences & conference functions.
