Miscellaneous Notes
Meals will be in the Flagler Room unless otherwise indicated. If the weather is suitable, we hope to have some meals served out-of-doors.
All technical sessions will be in Ballroom 1.
The slide preview room is Ballroom 2 for speakers will be open from 3 pm on Sunday through noon on Thursday.
Henry's Lounge will be the gathering place for the 5 pm cash bar on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Each conference participant will be given ten drink tickets (wine, beer or soda) which can be redeemed at Henry's Lounge during the late evening social hour on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The drinks may be consumed in the Lounge, outside by the pool, or in the seating area of the lobby.
Please respect the no-smoking areas of the hotel (Flagler Room, Ballroom, Foyer). If you need to smoke, you may smoke outside the exit doors of the Foyer.
